Primary election day is Tuesday, May 18, and I encourage everyone to pay particular attention to three important races -- Governor, U.S. Senator, and U.S. Representative for the Sixth Congressional District. I had hoped to write about three candidates running for those offices, so I did some research and carefully compared them to their opponents. My plan was to explain why I believe they deserve to be nominated by the Democrats to run in the general election, but it's not going to be possible for me to do that. So instead of writing about the candidates, I've simply linked to their campaign web sites. I encourage you to read about them, to donate money or otherwise help with their campaigns, and to vote for them on May 18.
For Governor: Joe Hoeffel.
For U.S. Senate: Joe Sestak.
For Congress in the Sixth Congressional District: Manan Trivedi.
